In the field of automation and other equipment industries, integrated slip rings for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical signals are essential. This particular integrated slip ring model, LPPL000-14L-01A-4005-01E3, combines 14 liquid channels, 1 gas channel, 40 channels for 5A current, and 1 gigabit signal channel.
The key feature of this integrated slip ring is its pneumatic-hydraulic module, with the rotor and stator made from SUS304 and martensitic stainless steel, respectively. The liquid module in the pneumatic-hydraulic slip ring integrates channels for cooling water and hydraulic oil, with the hydraulic oil channel capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 250 bar. Including the single gas channel, the pneumatic-hydraulic slip ring module reaches a length of 1092 mm. In addition to its notable length, this module's pressure resistance makes it a standout among JINPAT's pneumatic-hydraulic integrated slip rings.
The electrical slip ring module is mounted on the stator end of the pneumatic-hydraulic slip ring, with wires routed through a central hole in the module. This module integrates 40 channels for 5A current, positioned at the rotor end of the pneumatic-hydraulic module. To meet the needs of end equipment, it uses a specially shielded 10-core wire for the current channels, while the signal wiring is LAPP CAT5e network cable, terminated with standard RJ45 connectors. To further protect the wires and facilitate installation, an end cap with side openings is added to the back of the electrical slip ring module, allowing stator wires to extend outward through the side holes.
