JINPAT has extensive experience in the research and manufacturing of Ethernet signal integrated slip rings, with over a thousand models that integrate various computer signal modules, including Ethernet, USB, HDMI, SDI, CAN, and RS. In addition to electrical signal modules, Ethernet signals are often combined with fluid slip rings to create fully integrated electro-fluidic slip rings. These integrated slip rings are mainly used in automated machinery to meet high-efficiency transmission requirements.
For example, the model LPPL000-0405-E2-02A slip ring includes four 5A current pathways for power transmission, a single-channel 100Mbps Ethernet module, and a two-channel air pathway fluid module. Made of stainless steel, it can withstand compressed air pressures up to 10 bar. This slip ring has a relatively simple electrical module design but offers excellent fluid module performance, hence its designation in the LPPL series. JINPAT has also introduced various Ethernet and fluid integrated slip rings. Products in the LPT series, such as LPT000-0632-0516-02E2-02A, feature a more complex power module with six 32A and five 16A current pathways, as well as two 100Mbps Ethernet channels, making them suitable for more demanding equipment.
Another product with two air pathways and two 100Mbps Ethernet channels is the LPT000-1132-0716-02E2-02A. JINPAT has also developed numerous electro-fluid integrated slip rings with through-bore designs, such as the LPT090-0615-0402-E2-02A. This slip ring has a 90mm bore, a power module with six 15A and four 2A current pathways, a single 100Mbps Ethernet module, and two fluid slip ring channels.
To enhance slip ring reliability in long-term operation, JINPAT has also developed multiple high-reliability conductive slip rings and applied for related patents. These conductive slip rings come in both solid and through-hole designs, meeting high-performance demands in fields like industrial robotics. Notable models include the LPT080-0220-05S-01A and LPT000-0508-E2-01A.
In practical applications, JINPAT’s low-torque fluid slip rings and integrated electro-fluid slip rings are widely used in turntables, food processing, metallurgy, and automated production lines to meet various transmission needs. Based on this, the optical, electrical, and fluid slip ring technology team at JINPAT has also developed a "High-Precision Electro-Optical Integrated Fluid Slip Ring," achieving mixed transmission of electric, air, and fluid signals, as well as HD-SDI (1080P@30Hz), Gigabit Ethernet, RS422, resolver, and excitation signals, in continuous 360° rotation. This product leverages JINPAT's proprietary technology.
