JINFAT solutions
After contacting JINPAT, please provide a detailed explanation of the issues with the product.JINPAT、
Email or remote assistance to diagnose and resolve your issue. JINPAT can guide you in downloading
and installing specified products.
If your issue cannot be resolved through phone calls or application software updates, you need to
send the product back to JINPAT for further testing.
JINPAT will arrange services based on the type of warranty service enjoyed by the product

This warranty statement gives you additional, specific rights. You may also have other legal rights,
depending on the applicable laws of your country or jurisdiction.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS PURSUANT TO YOUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH JINPAT.
Nothing in this warranty statement affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract,
