Introduction to the LPMS Super Miniature Capsule Slip Ring

LPMS super miniature slip ring is the smallest diameter product in JINPAT Electronic cap slip ring series. The largest diameter model in its standard product is LPMS-12A, with a length of 24mm and a diameter of only 11.1mm. The slip ring also retains a 22.1mm flange, which is also the unique feature of cap slip ring. However, there is a limit in the standard version of super miniature slip ring - the largest number of channels is 12. Therefore, it is necessary to develop special LPMS customized models when many multi-channels are needed in small electromechanical systems.

There are two customized slip rings of JINPAT Electronics, one is developed in the basis of standard slip ring, and the other is a newly developed model. Since there are only 12 channels in standard slip rings, many customized LPMS slip rings are   designed and manufactured under new mold. Recently, JINPAT Electronics has developed an integrated model with a large number of channels. Its model is LPMS-80S-4501-0333-02S. It is improved from JINPAT customized slip ring LPMS-80S and integrates 45 1A current channels, 3 Gigabit Ethernet channels and 2 groups of other signal channels. The diameter is 17.4mm and the length is 51mm. The rotor adopts flange design, and the rotor outgoing line is lateral one at both ends.

Like LPMS-80S-4501-0333-02S, there are also LPMS-1202-48S and LPMS-72S. The former is divided into signal and power modules, and the signal module is 48 weak current signal channels. The module uses 30# tinned Teflon wire and integrates 12 2A current channels, while the power module uses 28# wire. LPMS-72S is a special multichannel signal slip ring. One thing they have in common is that its signal module does not twist the wires like other slip rings, which also means that it supports the mixed transmission of signal and electric energy.

The super miniature capsule slip ring with the largest diameter of JINPAT Electronics is not the largest number of channels of the series, but a model integrating a variety of different current paths and signals. The model is LPMS-76S-0405-0502-0101-12S-HD02. The product uses LPMS-76S customized super miniature cap slip ring mold of JINPAT. Its total length is 52.5mm, and its diameter reaches the maximum 20mm of the super miniature customized slip ring. In order to facilitate installation, a flange is also reserved on the slip ring stator. The super miniature integrated slip ring integrates 2 channels of HD video signal path, 12 channels of RS422 signal path and 10 channels of different current paths including 5A, 2A and 1A.
