JINPAT Launches New Slip Ring for Search Boats

Search boats typically refer to vessels specifically designed for search and rescue missions. They generally possess high maneuverability and flexibility to respond rapidly in emergency situations. Some search boats may require slip rings in their design,especially when these devices need to rotate in all directions or cover a wide range. Slip rings ensure that cables do not get tangled during rotation,maintaining continuous power and signal transmission.

The latest slip ring developed by JINPAT for search boats offers effective equipment solutions for customers. This slip ring is integrated with multiple channels and various signal types. The multiple channels of the slip ring mean that it can simultaneously transmit multiple signals, crucial for handling different types of data and signals on search boats, including stable transmission of power, gigabit Ethernet, HD video signals, and other high-frequency signals.

JINPAT has designed this slip ring specifically for search boats to ensure that the equipment can operate normally in damp environments without being damaged by humidity. The slip ring requires the environmental humidity to be no more than 75% RH. However, for slip ring products with a working humidity ≤75% RH, using them in higher humidity environments may result in decreased performance or failure. Therefore, during the installation and operation of the slip ring,customers typically need to adhere to the humidity limits provided by the manufacturer to ensure product reliability and extend its lifespan.

JINPAT has also taken into consideration that the slip rings used on search boats need to withstand the high and low-temperature conditions that may occur in the marine environment. The product has undergone temperature performance testing to ensure normal operation in extreme conditions of low (-15°C) and high (60°C) temperatures,unaffected by temperature fluctuations.
