Modern security monitoring systems—such as rotating PTZ cameras, radar towers, and perimeter monitoring platforms—require more than simple power transmission. They need to simultaneously transmit high-speed data, control signals, and cooling media while ensuring continuous equipment rotation to prevent signal loss or mechanical failure.
The JINPAT LPPL series of integrated pneumatic-hydraulic slip rings addresses this challenge by integrating electrical signal channels, gas channels, and liquid media transmission into a single compact rotary joint. This integration eliminates the need for separate rotary interfaces, reducing installation complexity and potential points of failure in outdoor or harsh environment deployments.

The newly added U3 (USB 3.0) channel further expands functionality, allowing high-speed peripherals (such as external storage devices or auxiliary sensors) to pass through the rotary interface without reducing transmission speed.
For systems requiring liquid cooling (common in high-power surveillance radar or thermal imaging equipment) or pneumatic control (such as lens cleaning or housing pressurization), the LPPL pneumatic-liquid channels provide leak-proof, low-friction rotary actuation and can withstand continuous operating cycles.
