How to clean slip rings

The conductive slip ring will be damaged or not tightly connected in normal application, which is very easy to cause damage. The application of the slip ring must be maintained to make the slip ring last longer. Next, I will share the cleaning method of the conductive slip ring. :

The method of cleaning the conductive slip ring:

1. Unless it is particularly dirty, it is generally not necessary to disassemble the PCB for cleaning. Just spray the "slip ring cleaner" on the circuit for cleaning, and rotate the stator frame to thoroughly clean the conductive circuit.

2. Align the "slip ring cleaning agent" with the ring channel for spray cleaning; rotate the stator frame to completely clean the conductive ring channel.

3. Since the elastic pressure of each brush needle is precisely adjusted, it is forbidden to remove the brush needle from the PCB circuit board, and it is impossible to restore it after removal.

4. Let the cleaned slip ring evaporate for 10-20 minutes, then install the rubber sealing ring, install the slip ring shell, and fix the support plate screws.
