Technical Introduction of JINPAT Pin Connection Slip Ring

To begin with, let’s take a look at the SR Pin Connection Slip Ring Series. This type of slip rings is specially design for shadowless lamp. The slip ring can integrate 3 to 9 channels. Some are general electrical slip ring; some can integrate SDI high definition video signal channel. SR-3 pin connection slip ring is a model with small number of channels. There are 3 10A/11A power channels. As for SR-9 slip ring, there are channels for other electrical signal and SDI signal. And RG179 coaxial cable with 75Ω impendence resistance is adopted to transmit high definition video signals. Both SR-3 and SR-9 slip rings work at the voltage of 48VDC.

Shadowless lamps work in an indoor environment with constant temperature and humidity. Such application scene makes pin connection slip rings that with no protection grading applicable. JINPAT Pin Connection Slip Ring LPS-0705 is customized for offshore testing equipment, which also share similar application scene. LPS-0705 adopts multi electrical cable and copper ring connection. Such feature contributes to the excellent balance between slip ring life span and electrical performances. Such structure also enhances the shock-endurance of the slip ring.

Among JINPAT pin connection slip rings, aside from single core shaft products, there are also two-core shaft slip ring products, LPR-06-3R is one of them. The slip ring takes up module design. The main structure consists of three part, two of which contain the core shaft and the last of them is stator side cable outlet. To ensure a stable and reliable transmission, this unique slip ring adopts contact shrapnel friction pair.
