Liquid filling machinery—such as equipment used in the production of beverages, alcoholic spirits, and daily chemical products—operates within highly specialized environments. On one hand, the equipment must frequently withstand high-pressure water jets for rinsing or undergo chemical disinfection treatments; on the other, the control of filling valves requires pneumatic power, while the main drive system imposes strict requirements regarding high-voltage power supply. To meet these rigorous demands, JINPAT has developed a hollow-shaft slip ring that integrates pneumatic and hydraulic connectors, boasting a protection rating of IP65.

1. Rigorous Waterproof Performance and Safety Standards
In the environment of a filling plant, slip rings must be capable of withstanding water jets directed from any angle. JINPAT employs specially formulated corrosion-resistant sealing rings and vacuum potting technology to ensure that the product's protection rating remains consistently stable at IP65. Furthermore, this entire product series complies with UL certification standards. This signifies that—from material selection to electrical clearance design—the product has successfully passed rigorous international safety audits; it is capable of handling operating voltages of up to 400V, thereby providing a safe and reliable power supply for the high-power rotating modules within the filling machine.
2. Innovative Integrated Design
Enabling Simultaneous Transmission of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Signals:In traditional filling machine designs, pneumatic tubing and electrical cables are often routed independently, resulting in bulky rotary joints that are difficult to maintain. In this specific slip ring model, JINPAT has integrated high-performance pneumatic and hydraulic connectors
Pneumatic Parameters :Capable of withstanding compressed air pressures of up to 10 bar, thereby meeting the instantaneous response speed requirements of high-speed filling valves.
Electrical Parameters: While simultaneously transmitting high-voltage power, this device maintains an exceptionally low level of signal interference, thereby ensuring the precise execution of PLC control commands.
This "integrated" design not only optimizes the internal spatial layout of the filling machine but also significantly mitigates the risk of electrical circuit damage caused by fluid leakage, establishing it as a core component within digitalized filling equipment.
